Mr. K. K. Bajaj is M.A (English) and LLB and is the Founder Chairman and Chief Mentor of BajajCapital Ltd. He manifested his vision of introducing Wealth Management and Financial Services in India 60 years ago and established BajajCapital Ltd. in 1964. With his decades of experience and par excellence knowledge of the industry, he continues to provide mentorship support to the company.

Today, BajajCapital has a presence in more than 100 cities and has more than 270 points-of-presence (POP). Its investment guidance has touched the lives of millions of investors.

He is passionate about increasing awareness of financial literacy in India. To take this passion a step ahead, he founded ‘International College of Financial Planning’ - a leading Financial education institute in India and has so far imparted 146 Financial Planning / Financial Analysis education to over 13,000 Financial Experts who are now gainfully employed and helping investors all over India to create wealth.

Mr. Bajaj also heads Prudential Law Firm which has over 80 advocates associates all over India and provides a wide range of legal services, especially fighting investors protection cases.

He also heads the Editorial Board of ‘Investors India’ - a leading monthly magazine on wealth creation, which has a monthly readership of lakhs of people.

Every Monday, he sends motivation stories known as Monday Motivation (ATM) to Team BajajCapital and general investors.

Mr. Bajaj has also been a consultant to the Asian Development Bank and has played an active role in helping representatives from Philippine and also from the USA understand and develop Indian financial market in nineteen hundred seventies.

He has been a key person in the formation and documentation the first-ever Army Group Insurance Fund in collaboration with Lt. General Narinder Singh (Retd) for the welfare of army personnel.
