Radhika Gupta, today is India's youngest CEO at Edelweiss Asset Management Ltd.
She is a Global Indian writer, storyteller, TEDx, and Josh Talks speaker. She leapfrogged the corporate ladder to become one of the country's youngest CEOs at 33. Her dad was an Indian diplomat( Indian Foreign Services Official) and lived in Pakistan, New York, & Delhi before arriving in Nigeria. She lives by the principle of" Never Give up. She was a wondrous child, brilliant in academics. She passed her intermediate from the Marymount International School of Rome with a gold medal in English, Maths, Physics, Biology, and Economics for securing the highest grades in school and was chosen to be valedictorian. She comes from a very varied educational background in terms of Geography. She attended her primary schooling in Delhi Public School, then traveled overseas to join the American International School of Abuja(AISA), and finally completed her education at Marymount International School of Rome.
She completed her Graduation from the Wharton School of Pennsylvania and also held Educational qualifications of BSE( Computer Science Engineering) and B. Sc. (Economics) under the Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology. After Joining Pennsylvania university in 2001, she began working at her university to look after her expenses. From 2004-2005 she interned at Microsoft. In 2005, during her first year of Graduation, she was presented with the university's most incredible honor of Summa cum Laude, a privilege extended to students whose grades range between 3.80-4.00.
She also worked in Mckinsey and Company as a Business Analyst for a brief year in 2005, moved forward as a Portfolio Manager, and joined AQR Capital Management in 2006. Co-Founded Forefront Capital Management and finally joined Edelweiss Multi-Strategy Funds as a Business Head in 2014 and today is the MD&CEO of Edelweiss Asset Management Ltd.
